NEW AVIATION SWAG! It’s currently Oshkosh week in July of 2022 and hundreds of individuals from the aviation community gather in Oshkosh, Wisconsin USA for the annual event. Whether you’re attending or not, you can still enjoy shopping for some new merchandise with airplanes from the comfort of your home.

An artsy friend of mine is starting to pursue her aviation career and created a collection of fun aviation-themed merchandise. Naturally, I’m in LOVE with the products! I am excited to share some of my favorite swag she created. She has a variety of items on her site including baby items, shirts, socks, watches, hats, bandanas, bags and more!

When I was first introduced to Keilah (pronounced “K-eye-luh”), she told me she wanted to learn to fly and we have been connected ever since. For my birthday this past year, she created a new airplane t-shirt design and mailed me a sample. As soon as I received it, I knew I had to share it with you! This shirt makes me so happy. Not only does it spell PILOT phonetically, the airplane has beautiful colors and a whimsical design. This timeless artwork is going to be a classic in my collection of aviation-themed apparel.

When I received this beautiful shirt, I contacted Keilah to discuss the possibility of making some other products, specifically socks. My older sister bought me some neat airplane socks years ago and I have worn them out. On the hunt for a new pair or two, I did not find many aviation designed socks that excited me. Many socks had a very masculine feel or color tone to them. Thankfully, Keilah told me she would be happy to see what she could do. Needless to say, I’m thrilled with the options! I am SO excited for you to take a look and share them someone in your life who might appreciate them. My two favorite options are the black and white pairs.

If you’re going to have an airplane shirt and socks, why not consider leggings too? Keilah has created black and white options with her design. I am excited to get a pair of the black ones. (Plus, if I spill coffee on them as I lounge around in the morning with my kiddos, no one will be able to tell.)

I also was thrilled to see she was able to include a watch in her collection. I love the option to swap out a simple watch for daily use or put it on for a special event.

In my years of flying, I have had a variety of flight bags. When I was flight instructing regularly, I needed a basic bag for my headset and other items. Keilah was able to put her design on this bag and I LOVE it! I cannot wait to get one! You can also personalize them, which I adore! There are a few other bag designs as well. I specifically like that the bag is black, which will wear well and hide stains that are sure to be acquired as you are out and about or flying.

In addition to a fun flight bag, you can also see she added some great things like these bandanas, which I highly recommend for a hot day to dip in water and keep around your neck to stay cool.
